
Our Zinfandel Reserve is grown on a south-facing hillside in the Sierra Foothills where it basks in the summer sunshine. It was hand-harvested and fermented on the skins for 10 days. We punched down by hand and gently pressed the must in our basket press, extracting only the smoothest flavors. Fruit forward complexity, with hints of caramel and the silky characteristics that two years in the French/American barrel enhances.
